Palmetto Youth League Inc. was created to invest in the assets and creation of recreational and educational services to the community, thus improving the state and well being of the Palmetto area for families to enjoy.
CEO/President, Bernard Knox, feels that the youth are the catalyst for a successful community and way of life. By providing options and creating focus, we can ensure a successful tomorrow.
In addition to the ‘basics’, we will offer the community a range of creative opportunities including a fully equipped resource center, a arts, drama and dance program, a fitness center, games and fun activities. We will host a range of sporting events such as soccer, golf, softball, flag football, and youth basketball. We will also will have summer camps, after school enrichment programs and cultural arts programs. We strive to include activities that extend our students and parents knowledge and understanding of the world outside the classroom and community.
